Grape Variety: Chardonnay, Carricante ( around 50% both) Albanello
It’s quite fruity, tropical fruit, ripen fruit note, high acidity but balanced, easy going and so fresh to drink.

Grape Variety: 100% Carricante, an Etna variety but cultivated in Cerasuolo di vittoria area. 60% in 500L French Oak.
Vivid vanilla and toasted brea note, high acidity, sapidity is obvious and cannot miss. It’s complex and the prototype herbal is showing perfectly. - Rossojbelo Sicilia IGT 2021
Grape Variety: 100% Nero d’Avola, grape from the Ibleo mountain area, 450m, clay+limestone.
Nero d’Avola is a variety with high acidity, so even if in this warm weather, the acidity show stands out and shows perfectly.
Violet, red cherry note, freshness and juicy, easy and super drinkable, 爽口 and it’s really hard to get tired on palate. - Nerjbleo Sicilia IGT 2009
Grape Variety: 100% Nero d’Avola, grape from the Ibleo mountain area, 450m, clay+limestone.
Super balanced, raisin-like note is well-spread, forest note and the mushroom note is coming out. It’s a mature man, the acidity is not much but the fruity note goes down. - Nerosanlore Sicilia IGT 2006
Grape Variety: 100% Nero d’Avola, grape from Pachino cru called San Lorenzo, 700meters away from the sea, and it’s only 10 meters above sea level, 40 years old of vineyeard.
More floral than the fruity note, raspberry, the blackberry note is impressive, long finish, round and balanced. It seems younger than 2009 and it definitely is a charming mid-age man. 😛 - Reseca 2012
Grape Variety: 100% Nerello Mascalese, 2 hectares of vineyard is located in Etna’s north slope, Randazzo.
It’s totally different from the previous ones, so elegante, delicate and well structured, and of course patience is needed.
