看到酒標寫了”schiava nera” 寫著來自trentino，很好奇的查了下mentor的書，才發現”It hardly helps when a well-known, excellent producer such as Gino Pedrotti (his Trentino Vino Santo made with Nosiola is one of Italy’s greatest wines) labels a wine “Schiava Nera” when it is in fact made with Schiava Grossa.”

原來喝到的不是schiava nera!
